Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Course Format and Overview
8 x 2.5 hour sessions and a one-day retreat
Approx. 45 minutes of home practice per day, 6 days a week, is a core part of realising the researched benefits of the course
Taught by Karim Rushdy
Karim is a registered member of the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches and is pursuing a Masters at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. He also serves as a Trustee at Breathworks, a UK charity and training organisation offering mindfulness and compassion based approaches to managing pain and illness.

For the time being courses are limited to 10 spaces.
