Struggling with stress, low mood, anxiety or pain?

I teach a couple of online Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses per year. Created by renowned scientist, author and meditation teacher Jon Kabat Zinn, MBSR is an evidence based approach to improving wellbeing through guided meditation, gentle yoga, neuroscience and stress physiology.

About

I am a mindfulness teacher, facilitator and former Managing Director of a pan-Asian think tank where I designed and ran experiential leadership programmes across 15 countries for global executives, government officials and NGO leaders.

In 2013 meditation helped me overcome chronic pain and shifted my perspective on life. Now I'm passionate about supporting others cultivate their capacity for growth, healing and transformation.

Today I teach mindfulness to elite athletes, corporate leaders & teams, and people struggling with pain and stress. I am also Head of Strategy at GIFT.ed, a global knowledge platform for education, innovation and transformation.

 

I have an MBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in Beijing, and am pursuing a Masters at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University in the UK.

 

I am privileged to serve as a Trustee at Breathworks, a leading charity and training organisation offering mindfulness and compassion based approaches to managing pain and illness.

I live in Edinburgh with my three most treasured mindfulness teachers: Rebecca, Na'ima and Amina.
